Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazBarossa Valley, AustraliaThis Secret Selection is made from old Barossa Valley vines and has lifted sweet spiced Shiraz fruit characters on the nose with subtle notes of spice, rosemary and currants. The palate is rich, round and very complex and shows all the hall-marks of great Shiraz with good oak maturation and developing with age to produce great vinosity and further ageing potential. This wine shows ample aroma, really harmonious balance of fruit, acidity and assuring dry tannins. The finish is classy, long.
