Salty Native Lime is a modern Australian gin shaped by citrus, coast and craft. Bright desert limes and Tahitian lime peel lead the nose with a clean, fragrant lift, layered with a whisper of Geraldton wax and fresh lemon myrtle. Underneath, a carefully balanced structure of angelica and orris root adds depth and softness, while native cinnamon myrtle brings gentle warmth and length through the finish. A subtle addition of Murray River pink salt gives the gin its signature coastal character  not salty, but mineral and mouth watering  lifting the citrus and rounding the palate. Distilled slowly in a copper pot still with vapour infusion, Salty Native Lime is textured, expressive and quietly complex. Fresh, savoury and bright without being sharp, this is a gin designed for long drinks, warm evenings and a sense of place.
