Pair it with light dishes like seafood, sushi, fresh fruits, or simple summer bites for a truly delightful experience.<br>This remarkable creation is more than a wine; its an expression of the Mediterranean, as if captured in a bottle. Made from 99% Xynisteri and 1% pure grape juice from Alicante and Mataro grapes, it's vibrant blue hue is entirely natural, with no artificial colours or additives.<br>This striking blue wine is as refreshing as it is unique. Although technically dry, it offers a delicate touch of sweetness that makes it beautifully balanced and easy to enjoy. Light and fruity, it features subtle hints of berries, raspberries, lychee, and citrus.
