Intense violet red with a purple rim
Very intense nose laden with a mix of black fruit notes such as blueberries, cherries and blackberries mingled with spicy overtones of green pepper, fresh thyme and tobacco leaf
Starts out smooth, displaying very soft tannins and a delicate mouthfeel on the mid palate, where the black fruit flavours return with spicy notes such as pepper and rosemary
A smooth, well balanced finish with good acidity that delivers excellent length.
Pairs well with Bruschetta mozzarella and Spicy chicken dishes.
