A contempory twist on a London Dry. Bold, feisty and full of juniper with spicey undertones to match!
With juniper at the forefront, and traditional botanicals such as coriander, angelica root and some spice characters from good old cardamom – a gin that has a strong enough back bone to hold up in nearly any drink.
This is softened with rose, and rosehip as well as elderflower, almonds, orange and bitter orange peel.
Overall it makes an absolutely cracking martini or Negroni, if you like it strong and punchy. For a lighter style it does fantastically in a G & T or as a spritz.
