Dry, Full Bodied style of AssyrtikoPairs well with SeafoodMedium lemon color with yellow-brown hay hues, and a clean nose of lemon blossoms, with piquant spices and herbs, citrus and some white-fleshed fruit, the essence of brioche bread and fresh cut grass. High acidity in the mouth and a medium volume in the body, dominated by citrus and floral white-fleshed fruit and spicy minerality. Very pleasant aftertaste with mineral, lemony and spicy characteristics and some green fruit.
