Apera Cask Matured Single Malt Whisky 500mL

This elegant whisky was matured in French & American oak apera casks and non-chill filtered to retain depth of character. With engaging fragrant aromas, it displays rich apera-influenced flavours of fruit and spice, with a smooth lingering finish. Our casks are made by local coopers from carefully selected oak barrels previously used to age apera fortified wine (Australian-style sherry).
