About this product


A dry red utilising the saperavi grape variety from Georgia. The wine is aged for 4-6 months using the Ancient Georgian traditional Qvevri wine-making method of a clay vessel in the ground, then further aged for 4-6 months in french oak barrels.
Iberiuli selection of wines are sourced from a single vineyard utilising the green harvest method, with a lower yield per hectare producing higher quality grapes.
