Gidley Dry Gin 700mL

Named after Governor Philip Gidley King, who was given the naming gift of King Island the Gidley Gin range is our ultra-premium gin expression. The distinct bottle has been designed to reflect the stripes of a lighthouse and is a metaphor for the beacon of light you search for while being surrounded by a storm.
Tasting Notes:
A classic dry gin, made with traditional botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica, cassia, orris, green cardamom, alongside more contemporary botanicals of Australian origin such as aniseed myrtle, Tasmanian pepperberry, Kakadu plum, local rosemary, fresh peeled citrus zests.
Bright citrus notes lead into rich and resinous juniper, balanced with warm spice and earthy undertones. The creamy mouthfeel gives way to a lingering yet gentle peppery finish.
