Hand picked, hand peeled & hand crafted. Using rescued lemons from backyards across South Australia, this Limoncello was born in an attempt to reduce food waste. Using only skins, the remainder of the fruit is sent to a family operated juice company, creating a zero waste process for the lemons. Containing only five ingredients, there are no artificial flavours or ingredients. This Limoncello will vary slightly from batch to batch as it is highly dependent on the lemon variety and where threy are rescued from. Strong, natural and fresh lemon flavour followed by a burst of sweetness; Best served ice cold and enjoyed with friends and family!
