Berry Dry Gin 500mL

Handcrafted using Native Sandalwood from the Western Australian wheatbelt, this gin has a purfume like fragrance on the nose with dark berries and earthy tones on the palate. This is followed by a little heat from the Tasmanian Pepperberry and while it leans more towards a standard style of gin, the addition of red juniper, elderberries and Australian natives make it unlike anything else. Quite savoury and great with a quality tonic and fresh rosemary.
