'Live it Up' Lager is Filipino craft beer by Engkanto Brewery, that is getting attention worldwide and also locally in Australia. Two Gold Medals the August 2024 World Beer Awards in London, United Kingdom. Last year, Live Lager bagged a Bronze Medal at the Royal Melbourne 2023 Australian International Beer Awards (AIBA).
Engkanto 'Live It Up' Lager is a handcrafted beer brewed using classic European techniques. Hence, we call it a New World Pilsner since we use hops grown outside Europe to give it a different profile.
These hops give the craft beer some tropical islands vibes of citrus, passionfruit and melon. We use high quality Pilsner malt to give the beer a balanced malt backbone with a subtle note of toasted biscuits.
Our lager beer is refreshing with a crisp and balanced profile and just the right touch of malt sweetness - to keep the beer tasting incredibly sessionable for the Aussie craft beer community.
