Cuvee Passion Brut NV

A robust blanc de noir from 100 per cent Pinot Noir, this cuvee is full of life and vigor, encapsulated by the red daisy petal. It presents fine, racy and exciting aromas – fruity with notes of undergrowth and slight wild spices. The intense golden coloration is matched by the strong, full bodied notes. Produced with Pinot Noir from premier cru Marueil-sur-Ay and Ay, as well as Damery, Venteuil, Villers-sous-Chatillon and Oeuilly. Pair this with Tuna, game, risotto and pecorino, Manchego or comte cheeses.
