This mixed carton of sparkling tea is produced using a unique fermentation process inspired by winemaking, aimed at achieving a complex flavour, rich body, and smooth mouthfeel.
The process incorporates a non-Saccharomyces yeast strain and extends over 60 days to increase levels of gluconic acid, glycerol, and fruity esters.
Snow Daisynaturally fermented sparkling tea is made with an exquisite blend of Snow Chrysanthemum and Ripe Pu-erh.Snow Daisy’s sweet, bold, and refreshing taste with intense fruit and spice notes, is perfectly complemented by the earthy and mellow profile for the ripe Pu-erh.

Darjeeling Blush naturally fermented sparkling tea features the perfect blend of single estate second flush Darjeeling tea, Hibiscus flowers and native Australian Lemongrass, known as Maarr.Theperfect balance of tart, fruit, floral and a spice.
