Vaugiraut Premier Cru 2020

On the south-western exposed slopes of the left bank of the Serein, exposed like the 1er Crus of the right bank because benefiting from the late afternoon sun. Its subsoil is limestone and it is a vosgros sub-climate.
Vinification : Parcel selection of our Vosgros 1er Cru. Controlled alcoholic fermentation, maturation on lees in thermo-regulated vats and oak barrels for 15-18 months, fining and filtration.
Golden in color, very fine and delicate nose. The mouth is greedy and powerful with a moderate acidity.
This wine goes particularly well with shellfish.
