Lao Bai Shao, or the aged Chinese Spirits, is created by Gao's family with hundreds of years spirits making history near the foot of Wutai Mountain in Xizhou City China. The sorghum used to make the spirits is grown in the northern hilly part of Shanxi Province of China where it has over two thousand years of Baijiu (Chinese Spirits) making history. This area is known for its rich soil and favourable climate, which gives the sorghum a unique flavour. Secondly, the water used to dilute the spirits comes from the natural spring, which is from the Wutai Mountain region in north part of Shanxi Province. The spring water enhances the clean taste of the unique Light Aroma Style of brewing and distillation that is so distinguished in China.
