CDC Distilling Co is a family owned distillery located in Geelong Victoria. We have aged our Barrel Aged Sherry Gin in 12 year old French Oak Spanish Sherry barrels that have been re coopered with a heavy char. The barrels infuse their spirit into the Gin as it ages resulting in a sherry coloured Gin with oak and sherry notes. Best served neat on ice or with soda water.
