Ceres Dry Gin is one of our first Gins.
Our objective was to make a Dry Gin with a citrus base and Australian botanicals.With largely Australian botanicals, it's long on juniper, with sunrise lime, lemon aspen and lemon myrtle for a citrus twist. Followed by thehintofsarsaparilla and cassia giving you a taste of spice.
