Our Barrel Aged Gin is the result of our iconic Signature Dry Gin with some subtle changes and a bit of patience. Using only the highest quality oak barrels, this gin has developed a smoothness only possible through the aging process, also granting it hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. The gin has developed a deep amber colour, with a soft smokiness and smooth finish.
