Dry, Full Bodied style of Cabernet SauvignonThe 2021 ‘TDC’ Cabernet Sauvignon has prominent varietal berry aromas of blackberry and mulberry, and the palate displays ripe fruit characteristics of dark berries, licorice and cedar. Subtle oak vanillas are evident on the nose and powdery tannins on the palate as it was matured in 1-2 year old French oak for 12 months. The wine is rich and full bodied with well integrated tannins.
14% Alc/Vol. 750ml Approx. 8.3 Standard Drinks
Traditionally fined with egg white and milk. Traces may remain. Preservative 220 added.
