Dry, Full Bodied style of Cabernet Sauvignon, ShirazThe 'Sixty40' is a creative blend of our Shiraz and Cabernet Varieties. Showcasing the attributes of the two grape varieties it exhibits Charactaristics of ripe dark fruit, spicey undertones and velvety tannins. This medium to full bodied wine is matured in 1-2 year old American and French oak for 12 months to create subtle, well integrated, oak flavours.

Traditionally fined with egg white and milk. Traces may remain. Preservative 220 added.
