A classic wine, at least to my way of thinking. Raspberry frogs, musk, a subtle earthiness, spice dusted strawberry. It's spicy and peppery in texture for sure, fresh and clean acidity, a blood orange tang, with a red fruit and dusty finish of good length. Lovely peppery and succulent rosé with a pleasingly earthy feel, likely due to the Mataro component. A little different from prior years, but still top shelf

Pale salmon pink. Grenache leads mataro by the nose (pun regretted) in what is one of Australia's best rosés, year in, year out. It's dry, but has spice and red berry fruits to spare, and won't be found lacking wherever and whenever you choose to enjoy it
