Louisiana is our latest release. This mix of herbs, spices, garlic, onion, a little chili hit with a hint of smoke is possibly our tastiest jerky ever! It was rated the best out of 11 jerkies on tasting at our jerky tasting masterclass!
We are a social enterprise supporting mental health and making Australia’s best beef jerky.
We named this business after Adam’s mate Nick, who tragically lost his life to suicide a few years ago. We wanted to do something to make a difference. We are not going to cure cancer or solve climate change. We made the decision to become a social enterprise to do our part with a mandate to donate 50% of our profits to organisations helping with mental health. The organisations we are supporting are Beyond Blue (25% of profits) and A Stitch in Time (25% of profits).
Our jerky is hand made in small batches with Angus Beef in our butcher shop in Western Australia. We have tried and tested countless iterations to make what we (and many of our customers) believe is Australia’s best beef jerky.
