Violet is a rosé wine with an intense color with shades from salmonpinkto coral. Produced with Nerello and Gaglioppo harvested in the second half of September with manual harvesting, maceration of the skins for 16 hours at low temperature, soft pressing, static clarification, start of the must flower with selected yeasts at controlled temperature. What you get is a rosé wine with a typicalscentof red berry fruit aromas and floral notes. Ideal with both aperitifs and typical Mediterranean cuisine.
