Semi Dry, Medium Bodied style of Montepulciano,SangioveseSparkling wine obtained from Sangiovese and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, with a pale pink color with slight coppery nuances, fine and persistent perlage. The scent has notes of ripe fruit, combined with delicate mineral notes, which in the finish open up to hints of toasted bread. The taste has an intense, lively but balanced structure, with a velvety finish, the aftertaste has slight nuances of bread crust. Excellent as an aperitif, it is an ideal combination with seafood dishes such as turbot with crazy water and can also accompany robust dishes in red sauce. Serve at a temperature of 06-08 degrees. 11.5% VOL.
