A classic product with great dedication, obtained mainly from the steam distillation of star anise and fennel, with the addition of white elderflower extracts. Sweet and velvety flavor, intense and delicate, it is excellent neat, at the end of a meal, as a drink, as a correction for coffee or with the famous 'fly' (one or two coffee beans).
