The wine should be gently mixed prior to serving cold to homogenise these lees through the bottle. Complex aromas of tropical fruits, and the savoury brioche notes of yeast autolysis. The wine is very light in body, a fine mousse, and complex champagne like savoury flavours on the finish. This preservative free wine should be enjoyed youthful and fresh.
