12 years in American Oak ex-sherry hogshead casks.
Finished in first filled Oloroso Sherry casks around 12
months before bottling. All natural without coloring.
Nose - Ripe citrus aroma, followed with sweetnotes of dried apricot, jammy plum,nuts
and honey.
Palate - Juicy fruits scent come straight on thepalate, and gradually turns into mellowcandied fruits, malt syrup, almonds and toasty bread.
Finish - Soft Oak lingering on the mouth. Hazelnut, walnut, cashew, and nuttyflavors giving a wonderful lingering finish.
