About this product

In the early 1900s, Sevablødda was the secret weapon of hard-working stevedores on the island of Bornholm - a shot of this local elixir gave them the extra energy needed to haul boats up the slipway.
Somewhere between a bitters and a liqueur, Sevablødda is hard to pigeonhole; but this lovely golden dram is warming, with a spicy aroma of cinnamon, cherries and cloves. Drink it as a digestif, with tea for a stevedore’s breakfast or mixed with ginger ale for a ‘Baltic Storm’.
A slice of Scandinavian heritage, Sevablødda is still being produced according to an original recipe from 1909.
