Laizhou Distillery is located in Qionglai, Chengdu, Sichuan—known as China’s “Millennia-old Liquor Town.” Covering 146,000 square meters, it has a planned annual capacity of 36,000 tons of spirits, representing over 80% of China’s total whisky production.<br>Bourbon Cask Peated<br>Crafted from 100% medium-peated malted barley and fully matured in first-fill American bourbon casks, this whisky is non-chill filtered to preserve the fullest expression of its peated character. The result is a harmonious balance between savory peat smoke and gentle sweetness — bold, yet beautifully composed.<br>Tasting Notes<br>A smoky aroma of cured meat from peated malt intertwines with the sweetness of vanilla and cream, while a rich malt character runs throughout. The palate is layered and rounded, with a long, lingering finish that leaves a smooth impression of smoky-sweet complexity.
