Blender's Choice Japanese Blended Whisky 700mL

Hibiki is embraced as an icon of Japanese luxury from the award-winning House of Suntory Whisky. The name Hibiki means "resonance" in Japanese and was first launched in 1989 to commemorate Suntory's philosophy of living in harmony with people and nature. Hibiki is a noble blend of innumerous malt and grain whiskies from Suntory globally acclaimed Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, meticulously blended to create a sense of "wa" - a oneness that unveils a full orchestra of flavours and aroma.
Stepping up the fill the gap left by Hibiki 17’s absence is the newly unveiled “Hibiki Blender’s Choice” release. The blend includes carefully selected vintages, married together by Suntory’s team of expert blenders. The addition of a few wine cask-aged whiskies in the blend delivers a round, well-balanced profile and immense depth
Nose: Citrus blossom, mango and juicy raisins. A slight touch of vanilla-rich oak.
Palate: Chocolate orange, creamy wood notes, dried apricot and sultanas, cinnamon.
Finish: Plum and ginger. Brown sugar and milk chocolate.
