The sake starter is made using four different methods: Mizumoto, Kimoto, Yamahai, and Sokujo. The rice varieties used are Yamada Nishiki, Omachi, Aiyama, and Kamenoo, resulting in a unique gift box that allows you to enjoy four different sake starters (moto) and rice varieties.
