Using 100% Mendoza clone, the fruit underwent natural fermentation in French oak 500L barrels (20% new), with 10 months on lees, yielding a pale lemon hue at 13% ABV. The 2021 vintage, shaped by a wet winter and mild summer, offers a bouquet of white peach, lemon curd, and struck flint, with subtle cashew and spice notes. The palate is poised and linear, delivering grapefruit, white nectarine, and a creamy texture, finishing with chalky minerality and vibrant acidity.
