About this product

The Lacrima di Morro d'Alba boasts a very ancient history. In 1167, during the siege of a city on the Adriatic coast of central Italy, Emperor Frederico Barbarossa found refuge within the walls of Morro D'alba, where he tasted this exquisite red wine and was simply enchanted by it.
The Lacrima di Morro d'Alba is a deep violet with notes of lavender and nutmeg, smooth and round on the palate.
The perfect wine for any occasion! Directly from the green hills of Italy to your table, with the signature of Federico Mencaroni.
