It was on a fine day exploring the Seppeltsfield archives our Head Distiller discovered 16 special tawny port casks, which then carefully made their way to Tasmania, to finish our famous Tasmanian peated Single Malt. Seppeltsfield is a treasure trove of fortified wines with an exceptionally rich history. Synonymous with luxury for more than a century, it’s
an honour to commemorate Lark’s 30th anniversary with this collaboration.
