60ml Unsweetened Pineapple Juice.
30ml Lemon Juice.
15ml Spiced Sugar Syrup.
Add all ingredients to a shaker.
Dry shake then add ice and wet shake.
Pour over fresh ice in a tumbler and garnish as you please.
