Travertine's Vineyard sits on a limestone formation near the Belford Dome. This forms the foundation for our range of Hunter wines.
Appearance: Pale green straw.
Aroma: Bright peaches with hints of tropical melons. Very subtle French oak aroma.
Palate: Savoury stonefruit and melons. Medium bodied, soft acidity with light oak and tannin drawing out the length of the palate.
Enjoy slightly chilled with mushroom risotto or shellfish.
