This rum was aged on the banks of Lake George. The region can be inspiring, mysterious, and even romantic.
The extreme weather variations contribute to the character of this rum - ranging from sunburnt summer days to endless thick fog and the occasional dusting of snow. These changes in temperature and air pressure assist the spirit to impart the barrel flavours and accelerate its maturation. This rum is made from a combination if light and dark brown sugar and rainwater collected from the roof of the barrel warehouse.
