Traditionally made baijiu following solid-state fermentation and distillation methods of the Guizhou Province of China, carefully aged in classic clay pots in Tasmania's idea climate. 
Pure Tasmanian waters combine with local grains to create a baijiu that is a must have for any baijiu lover.
Palate: toasted grain and heady incense, creamed cashew and sweet shiitake - carried by a powerful, lingering hits of strong, mouth-filling spirit.
