Our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Cabernet!
The 2018 vintage was hot and dry and as such we had very small, but intensely flavoured grapes. Which, as you would expect has produced a fantasticly rounded and flavoured wine!
It is fruit driven with smooth tannins and subtle French oak. Blackcurrant and Cherry flavours are the order of the day.
Great drinking now and put it away for a few years.
