Our Tia’s Pink Gin, named in honour of my daughter whose favourite colour is pink.
We take our Statler’s Bendigo Dry Gin and infuse it with fresh raspberry and strawberry and dried Victorian red rose petals. The flavours are subtle, a hint of sweetness from the strawberry is balanced by the tartness from the raspberry and the rose petals add a delicate aroma.
