Yuzushu Citrus Liqueur 720mL

Created using the same process used to make Umenoyado's famous umeshu, this Yuzushu replaces the ume plum fruit with natural Japanese Yuzu fruits native to Japan. With scents resembling a balance between zesty lemons and sweet oranges, this gives the saké fresher, more crisp aroma, which when combined with its rich flavour and mellow textures, can be enjoyed by itself with ice or as perfect mixer base.
Tasting notes:
A fruit liqueur blend of premium saké with a beautiful citrus infusion of Japanese Yuzu fruit, for a fresher lighter saké.
