Umenoyado Black Label is a premium umeshu, a richer and deeper version of the Umenoyado Umeshu classic. Made by using both unripe and ripe ume plums from Nishiyoshino, Nara prefecture, steeping them in Umenoyado sake. When drinking the refreshing aroma of plum blossoms spread throughout the mouth and the unique taste of sake remains as a lingering finish.
