Shiraz Mourvèdre Gin 500mL

Picked in a place between the pines, our Autumn harvest gin evokes crisp forest strolls. Our Shiraz was harvested from the Christmas Hill Vineyard in Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills, plus a portion of spicy Mourvèdre from Sellicks Hill on the southern coastal edge of McLaren Vale. Grapes were macerated in our Aromatic gin for colour before pressing and blending in the fresh free-run juice, forging layers of velvety dark chocolate, warm spice, stewed currant and lush plum.
There’s nothing quite like a cosy red in the cooler seasons. Crisp, spicy and comforting, our Shiraz Mourvèdre Gin is right at home beside a roaring open fire.
