In 2013, we decided to put aside some
excellent wine to be released with bottling
age for the first time in winery history.
Cabernet Sauvignon seems to be the most
obvious choice for aging purpose.
We had a warm summer in 2012/2013.
The season was successful with no rain
interrupting the quick harvest.
