Moon Harbour distillery in Bordeaux produces this French single malt whisky using locally sourced barley and ages it in sauternes barrels, followed by a finish in Château La Louvière barrels. The aroma includes fresh cherries, grapes, aniseed, and floral honey, while the taste features Black Forest gâteau, cocoa nibs, brown sugar, and woody spices, culminating in a warm cinnamon and raisin finish. The whisky is bright gold-yellow, offering a sweet flavor and aroma with hints of honey, candy, and pastries, and a soft, long-lasting finish.
