About this product

Our eponymous gin is handcrafted with our award winning water, collected from the Winter mist of the pristine Huon Valley in Tasmania.
It is a bright, fresh, fruity gin distilled with juniper, coriander, cardamom and lemon myrtle. It is reminiscent of a refreshing lemonade icy pole.
Enjoy the quintessential summer drink made from Winter mist, neat over ice or with a dash of our Pure Mist signature tonic.

A lively fresh flavour . Feels like an old fashioned lemon icy poke . The lemon Myrtle is soft and flavoursome . I’m most certainly getting another bottle .

This gin is very smooth and easy to drink. Made from great quality ingredients, it is now my go-to gin above brands like Manly Spirits and Hendricks. Drink it on its own or mix it in a cocktail - it is very versatile.

The hints of pepper berries are delightful and the idea of using artic mist to distil gin is so original, I've never tasted anything like it. Goes great to making a simple GnT
