The area of Haute Vallée in Limoux may be close to the wilds of the mighty Pyrénées but the cooler climate and limestone rich soils are the perfect host to classic noble varietals. With a tip of a hat to our Burgundian cousins, we craft fresh, elegant and complex wines from our Languedoc home.
Red ruby colour. Aromatic nose of black cherries with elegant floral notes. On the palate, this Pinot Noir is silky and well balanced, with smooth tannins.
