As the wine flows into the glass aromas of crème brûlée, pepper and cigar box filter through combined with a heady mix of coffee, toffee and freshly squeezed mulberry; the smell reminds of summer days playing amongst the branches of the mulberry tree, purple stained hands and clothes. On the palate a delight of desiccated coconut is enveloped in a ganache of dark chocolate, with a hint of mint. It is delicate and alluring, a match made in poetic heaven.
