Less time on skins (2 weeks v 4) , less time in oak (18 months v 24) and less new oak (25% v 50%) than the Premium Reserve, and it seems to have served this wine well. Pure, elegant and structured by supple, grape-derived tannin. While this may not live as long as the Premium Reserve, it will likely deliver more pleasure in the short term. Buy them both – drink this, cellar the other.
